Balance

I am Balance and I was redesigned to have tail feathers that are like a peacocks tail feathers! And her personality can be a little... cat like and if you didn't know I don't have arms BUT I have power hands like they are transparent I am very bad at explaining things. and I am not a bird.I don't have a beak, I just have tail feathers like a bird-like a peacock bird, but I am female, so yeah, just I am based off of a peacock/phoenix.By the little bit o k
