Banbaleena

Banbaleena is a white humanoid being with a pair of horns that resemble cat ears atop her head. One of these horns is adorned with a dainty pink bow. Her monstrous form takes on a different appearance, characterized by the addition of pink eyes and lips covered with pink stuff, presumably made out of makeup.
