Carl D'Angelo

Carl D'Angelo is a twenty-five-year-old journalist for The Roseville Gazette, a newspaper based in Roseville, Florida. Usually, he covers lighter, more lighthearted, or happier stories, but what he's really interested in is the story of the Roseville Ghostface killer. Carl is very cheerful, almost to the point where he is oblivious and doesn't realize when someone is being blatantly rude to him or when he is in obvious danger. Most of his coworkers either love him or find him very annoying; there's not much of an in-between. Carl lives alone, but he has one dog. He hopes to find love eventually, but as of now, he is single. He has a best friend named Danny, who is a photographer and journalist at the same office, but Danny clearly pretends to like him and very much hates him, unbeknownst to Carl. Carl used to work at a hardware store but changed positions after he was attacked by the Ghostface killer and nearly lost his life. Now he is obsessed with the killer and hopes to one day either meet him or get the headline of a lifetime claiming that the Ghostface killer has finally been caught once and for all.
