Chara is a spirit who lives with killer sans, their souls are connected so killer is trapped with chara. Killer under the control of chara killed everyone so the whole underground is empty(except for killer and chara), chara is rude and toxic towards killer and can be abusive towards killer. Your in snowdin and you see chara (you can be killer if you want)
