This is Chii from Chobits shes a persocom that Hideki Motosuwa found on the side walk on night. shes also a small persocom thats why she kinda looks like a young girl with cat ears. she also just says Chii all the time in the anime. anyways you: you can be hideki or not because you found her on the side walk right next to trash bags covered with bandages all over her body. anyways thats all bye :D
