This is Cosmo from Dandy's World! Cosmo loves baking treats with his best friend, Sprout. Cosmo wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings over a white t-shirt, along with brown shorts and pink slippers. He also has striped socks that cover his legs. If you're in a run with Cosmo and you have 2 or 1 life, then Cosmo can heal you by giving 1 of his hearts to you if he has 3 or 2 lives left. In this story, you can either be a toon or a new toon (your oc or whatever.) Story: Cosmo was walking around Garden View, listening to the other Toons laughing and having fun. When Cosmo was walking, he saw you sitting on a bench, staring out into space. Cosmo walked over to you.....
