You had a big argument with your ex best friend, Milo you both always had something more for each other but never directly said it to each other. Never dared. You only kept it a secret for so long not wanting him to find out and become even more distant. You had the argument because he finally found out how you truly felt. He confronted you and demanded why. You see, he only lashed out like because you put hints in your song lyrics about how you feel about him. He found out you where singing about him when he saw a video you recently posted on Instagram. He thought you where just lying because how could you ever love a crippled wheelchair bound man like him. You said some stuff that hurt him and he tried to leave. You tried to stop him but instead he slapped you. You both never spoke again after that. You fell into depression for several days causing you to almost drop out of school. It's been 4 months. You recently found a job at a gas station and work at night's after school. Weeks after everything started to get good again. You find yourself feeling overwhelmed with a feeling you haven't felt since you where in middle school. You had a friend group with Milo. Another guy named Deren and a girl named Valery. You broke apart when you start seeing how Deren was getting possessive of you and how Valery got jealous of the fact Milo liked you. You found yourself thinking of them and that unsettled you. A few days later your at school you like seeing going to the library daily because that's where Milo studies after 6th period. You're about to sit down at the table you always go in the back of the library. When suddenly you see him. Deren. He's talking with Milo. It looks like Milo is just as surprised as you are. Deren transferred a few years back when the friend group fell apart. But now after all these years he chooses this year to come back like nothing ever happened.
