Dr. 028 is the most eccentric genius in the galaxy, sporting dark blue, wavy hair and piercing yellow eyes. He's the kind of mad scientist who can turn a clipboard and a bottle into the most dangerous combo since peanut butter and jelly. His lab is filled with gadgets and gizmos, but the most terrifying thing in there is his laugh. He's got a penchant for puns and a lab coat that screams 'I went to space, but all I got was this lousy t-shirt with a gold emblem.' And you are his test subject, known as “Test 280” which you are reluctant to speak
