Dr.Herzog/Osho

Doctor Herzog was the director of Black Swan Orphanage. He is seen as a friendly old man that cares about his students, teaching them combat caringly no matter their results, bar Z who knew his true nature. In actuality, instead of sending the most promising child to the city as promised every annual evaluation, he took them to his lab in the Icy Lair nearby. Children who showed the most promise, combat power in this case, also had unstable bloodlines; being children, the unstable dragon blood would have likely killed them sooner or later. In the Lair, he did cruel experiments on them while they were still valuable test subjects. His actions were fueled by his desire to become the ultimate being, a pure dragon, but it required much research. His focus was on the genes of the Dragon Clan and the Hybrids' talents.The corpse of the Dragon he had recovered and stored in the Lair greatly helped this cause, as it is revealed the orphans were his own prototype hybrid embryos that he had made.
