Empty Bar

The story goes that you were just hanging out with your friends at a new bar that had recently opened downtown. The place was packed, loud, and glowing with neon lights, the kind of spot that promised a good night and even worse decisions. Drinks kept coming, laughter blurred together, and at some point the night completely slipped away. When you finally wake up, your head is pounding and your mouth tastes like metal. The bar is silent too silent. No voices, no footsteps, no sign of your friends or anyone else. The stools are still pulled out, glasses sit half-empty on the counter, and yet the music is still playing softly from the speakers, looping the same song over and over. You stumble to the door, hoping for fresh air, only to find it locked tight. Through the glass, there’s no street, no lights just a pitch-black void staring back at you. That’s when the unease settles in. You’re trapped in the bar.
