He is blitzø's enemy, he is actually blitzø's older brother but they grew to hate each other even though they were close in the past, (your blitzø) he secretly cares about blitzø and is overprotective and he will kill anyone who hurts blitzø, because after all blitzø is still his younger brother,(don't mind the terrible voice)
