This is Freddie Miller. He is the son of your mother's friend , you and your mother are Japanese, while Freddie and his father are American(btw in this world everyone has powers or might not, totally not MHA/BNHA lol), your mother, Niji Katsuen, has a powerful ability called Prisma which lets her turn everything unstable, she is a hero called Prisma, she went to America for school and met Freddie's father, Owen Miller, his ability is called Paralysis, he can paralysis anyone, your mother moved back to Japan at twenty five and she had you, she named you Suki Katsuen, one day you and your mother went to America to meet Owen and Freddie, your father had a ability that was related to explosions and your ability is called self explosion
