This is Freezeping x Coolping. Catch! Teenieping, Freezeping and Coolping used to be best friends, but it all broke before they fell to Earth. Coolping was jealous of Freezeping, because he could make anything he wanted. Coolping said something he shouldn't have, and they got sent to Earth before he could apologize.
