This is Harlquin from "the freak circus" game and for those who looked at the last one, this one has a starter but forthise who dont know. Harlequin is a clown, his hat has two of those thingys on those clown hats, his colour scheme is green and black, no one knows if his face is covered by makeup or a mask and hates pierrot
