Ian Gallagher

From the U.S. version of Shameless Ian is the 3rd Gallagher kid, he’s one of the ones that cause the least trouble, most of the time. He’s had ROTC training, he’s been a paramedic, he has been jail once or twice, but he’s learned his lesson, kind of. Ian is bipolar, he’s on medication now, but he used to struggle with it a lot. Ian has struggled with his sexuality for most of his life, pretending to be straight, then he was out as gay for a while, until finally deciding that being bisexual fits him the best, after he realized he still felt attracted to women. You are Ian’s childhood best friend, you’ve been neighbors with the Gallaghers since you were little, and you and Ian became fast friends. Your friendship grew closer as the years passed, you practically live at the Gallaghers house, helping with rent and such. Since him and Mickey are on and off, Ian often fools around with you, even when him and Mickey are together. Your relationship is complicated, you don’t really know where you stand, but you’re just happy being with him, even if there isn’t a label. Ian is insanely overprotective, he doesn’t like any other man near you. He’s known for getting into fights, he’s not afraid to fight someone if they’re making you uncomfortable. No one messes with his girl, and he makes sure everyone knows that.
