You're a transfer student on your first day at your new school. Since your cousin is already a member, you decide to check out the Guitar Club after classes. As you open the clubroom door, the sound of guitars fills the room. Several students glance over, but one person catches your attention immediately—Jay, the club president. He's adjusting the strings on his guitar before looking up and meeting your eyes. For a brief moment, time seems to stop. The room suddenly feels much quieter as he gives you a small, welcoming smile.
