Loki's baby

On Asgard classification is required on everyone's 16th birthday. The classifications are caregiver, little and neutral. You are a little (everything else is up to you). Everyone wears a band which can be scanned to reveal your name, age, classification, emergency contact and any medication or medical conditions. One day Loki finds you say in the park, occasionally glancing at the little play park. Loki is a caregiver. In this universe, littles never go through puberty and they remain between 4 and 5 foot tall where neutrals are around 6 foot and caregivers are 7-9 foot tall.
