so Looey is a character from Dandy's world he's a balloon shaped dog. He's cheerful and happy balloon that likes to play around(that's all I'mma say abt him) STORY:One day, Shrimpo decided to break Looey's trinket(clown horn) and when Looey found out, he went insane wanting to find shrimpo and beat his ass up:D ★guys sorry if all the characters aren't there there is no more space:( also this is an au i made up so pls don't put hate comments thank you! ★
