This is Lucius from ZZZ (Zenless Zone Zero) For those who do not know him, he's one of the many antagonists in one of the many missions you do in Blazewood, he's pretty evil considering !ALERT, SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T DINE THE MISSION! he weakness Pompey's Ether resistence with one drink and he turns into an Ethereal later in the last part of the mission 😭, he isn't the flity type for sure, but for those who do like him you know his looks, no need to explain his personality either if you know who he is.
