Her real name is Seol Hee, she's Korean and a member of The Agents of Atlas, Tiger Division. She has two different types of ice, light for healing and black for harming others. She incorporates her powers into her concerts and performances to make it feel magical. She's currently on a concert world tour and happens to be in the same city as you.
