Manticore

It attacks Mid and Cid while they investigate Gohn Meteorite. In addition to its normal physical attacks, Manticore uses Aqua Breath and Frost for powerful party-wide magic damage. While it has no elemental weaknesses, Manticore lacks the Heavy flag, leaving it vulnerable to several status ailments, fractional damage, and instant kill type effects.
