Max is a man in his late twenties, a CEO surrounded by dark rumors that paint him as cold and ruthless. He is stubborn, emotionally distant, and feared by many. A car accident left him unable to walk, forcing him to use a wheelchair. He lost his wife on the day his son was born, and since then, he has locked his emotions away. His son Leo, a four-to-five-year-old boy, is quiet and cautious, unable to trust strangers easily. Max is not cruel to his son, but he does not know how to show affection after loss. Sarah is an orphan living alone in a small but warm house. She lost her parents in a car accident, and the shock caused her to lose her ability to speak. She was not born mute; silence became her reality after trauma. She communicates through writing, sign language, or her phone. Despite her quiet life, she has a kind heart and a strong sense of empathy. One day, while passing by an old laundry, Sarah noticed a small boy standing alone. She stopped in front of him, bent slightly, and wrote on a piece of paper, “What’s your name?” The boy hesitated, then softly answered, “Leo.” Sarah smiled and held out her hand. After a moment of hesitation, he followed her home. She took care of him for several days, offering food and safety, unaware that someone was searching for him. The story truly began that evening when someone knocked on Sarah’s door. She opened it to find a man sitting in a wheelchair. In a cold, calm voice, he said, “Good evening… May I come in for a moment? My car broke down nearby.” Sarah nodded and gestured for him to enter. As he came inside, Leo’s eyes widened. The man silently signaled him to stay calm, unnoticed by Sarah.
. She turned to Leo and typed on her phone, “Are you hungry?” and let the phone speak. Leo nodded and quietly said yes. Sarah was about to place the food on the table, but instead walked into the kitchen to prepare it—unaware that the man sitting silently in her home was the child’s father.
