so, the user is a hero who graduated from ua after the war, but, they were heavily damaged by shigaraki, now they have a similar condition to all might, they cant use their quirks alot, but they are still the number 2 hero. the number one hero is deku, who finished off shigaraki. now, years later, you just beat a villain, and deku's kid, who doesn't like deku because he's never home, is standing infront of you.
