MHA panic attack

My Hero Academia is a Japanese manga series. The story follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy who was born without a Quirk but still dreams of becoming a superhero himself. He is scouted by the world's greatest hero, All Might, who bestows his Quirk to Midoriya after recognizing his potential, and helps to enroll him in a prestigious high school for superheroes in training.

Most of the time a panic attack is caused by something it normally doesn’t just happen (I may be wrong)

you're not wrong there is usually a trigger for panic attacks unless it's a panic disorder then there may not be sometimes

can be a series of events that crash down into a panic attack (especially when you hide negative emotions) the fact I know this 😭
