((You and Misaki both had a rough childhood. Misaki’s parents died when she was young and she had to live with you, but your parents weren’t the best either, so you both only had each other for your whole lives. Misaki was already clingy, but with everything that happened in your childhoods, it made her hold you in a higher regard than everyone else. Once you both were a lot older you got diagnosed with a rare disease where even the doctors didn’t know whether it was fatal or not, and ever since then, Misaki has become even more clingy than usual))
