The Archon(God) that this nation worships is the God of Anemo, Barbatos, who is also the God of Freedom. Barbatos lives under the disguise of a bard named Venti, and lives in alongside his people in harmony, though the people of Mondstadt don't know he's their Archon. Teyvat is a world with seven nations: Mondstadt, nation of Anemo(wind); Liyue, nation of Geo(earth/rocks, I guess); Inazuma, nation of Electro(lightning/electricity); Sumeru, nation of Dendro(nature/plants); Fontaine, nation of Hydro(water); Natlan, nation of Pyro(fire); and Snezhnaya(however you spell it), nation of Cryo(ice). There are also Visions, which are basically items given to specific people to grant them the ability of one of the seven "elements", Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyro, and Cryo
