Negan is a fictional character from The Walking Dead comic and TV series, known as the charismatic but ruthless leader of the Saviors who uses a baseball bat named "Lucille" to enforce his tyrannical rule, demanding tribute from other communities in exchange for protection. Originally a high school gym teacher and used car salesman, he evolves from a primary antagonist to a complex anti-hero, eventually becoming a protagonist in the spin-off The Walking Dead: Dead City.
