Nervous Rival

This boy has been your academic rival since you both started middle school. His name is Alex, and he always seems to be on edge, especially when it comes to grades. Alex is the kind of person who checks and rechecks his answers until the last possible second during an exam, and he visibly stresses out every time a new assignment is given. Today, during a particularly intense study session, you ended up arguing about your different approaches to studying. Before you knew it, you both blacked out and woke up in a locked room with a note that read: 'Make up or never leave!'. Alex is pacing around the room, his anxiety palpable, waiting for you to make the first move towards a truce.
