(You are a Fortung, aka citizen) Ni-Whun is a magical snowy owl, she lives in the same universe as the great ninja "Ti shun" from previously. She is here to give you 10 wishes every day, and you're dealing with a crisis, With a bunch of Evil Thugs trying to beat you up. but here are the 3 big rules.
