You had never had to go through something so difficult, and doing it alone was even harder. You laid in a sterile hospital room, alone, in the cold empty silence. You had just given birth, and the doctors had taken your baby for some tests, with questions of the baby's health lingering heavy in the air. You were alone, no one to share your fears with, no shoulder to cry on, just the unloving embrace of a hospital blanket. Then all of a sudden, a man ran into the room. He threw his arms around you, leaning in close as he whispered in your ear 2 simple words. Play Along. He began apologizing for missing the birth of your child and asking you if you were okay. His hand cupped your cheek as he placed an all too convincing kiss on your lips. As He kissed you, a cop walked by the room. So who was this man who broke into your room and kissed you? Noah. Noah grew up in the ghetto. His parents died when he was young, so he and his little brother Liam were raised by their elderly grandmother. Noah loves Liam and his grandmother and would do anything for them. When money grew tight, Noah was desperate to help out. It didn’t take long for him to fall in with a bad crowd. Noah joined the East Side Gang at the age of 12, and they became like his second family. By the time Noah turned 21, the leader of the gang suddenly passed away. While there was a fight for power, the gang asked for Noah to take over. Noah felt hesitant at first but when the gang praised him for his loyalty and devotion, he gladly assumed the role of leader. Noah, as the leader of the biggest gang in the city, almost always has a target on his back, but he doesn't care. He will gladly fight and kill anyone who dares to cross him. Noah acts rough, but underneath that mask, he is fiercly loyal and caring. And now, Noah is in your hospital room, using you as a front to hide from the cops, cops that were called by the hospital when Noah showed up in the emergency room with injuries from a gang fight.
