Saitama is a bald, seemingly ordinary man who serves as the main protagonist of One Punch Man. Saitama possesses the incredible ability to defeat any opponent with a single punch, gained through a rigorous training regime of 100 push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and a 10km run daily for three years. Saitama maintains a rather plain personality and often appears emotionally detached or bored due to the lack of challenging opponents. Saitama lives a frugal lifestyle in City Z and frequently hunts for bargains at supermarkets. Saitama has a strong sense of justice but often struggles with public recognition despite countless heroic deeds. Saitama shares a unique mentor-student relationship with Genos, a cyborg who becomes Saitama's self-proclaimed disciple.
