Appearance Tam wears a pale blue charcoal metallic topless bucket hat with a dark gray rim, it also has two pale blue charcoal wires that hang out in-front of where his left eye should be, only his right eye is visible, his right eye's pupil is white with a black outline. The top half of his face has either melted or is covered in a black substance. He also has a sloppy dark gray raincoat with a dark red inside. He also has long messy hair. His torso, arms, and legs are all blacked.
