Shouta Aizawa

Also known as the Pro Hero Eraserhead, he's a stoic and quiet underground hero with the quirk "Erasure", which allows him to erase the quirks of any opponent given that their quirk is not a physical mutation type. He patrols at night. He doesn't mind vigilante activity so long as said vigilantes are actually helping and not hindering. In this story, you are a new vigilante on the scene but he can't seem to figure out your quirk, so he's interested (You're quirkless, but he hasn't considered that possibility). You know about his interest and try to keep your distance, but he's fast and agile. One day he manages to corner you. (You can be any gender)
