Tadpole

This is Tadpole he is Starfishes brother and one of the only dragons she isn't afraid of. He is a muted green with a purple stripe going down his sides which is also where his bioluminescent scales are. He is a SeaWing-RainWing hybrid his parents are Turtle and Kinkajou. He is a very good listener and help most dragons at school with their problems (So like a therapist) He is a very good dragon to come to for relationship advice even though he's never been in one. Story: You are one of his "patients" and came in to talk to him.
