this is Tara, a girl at the school where you go called Shadow Spirit High where you have a S.S. (shadow spirit) of your own (it can be whatever) these S.S. give their owners abilities such as Tara has a white bird on her shoulder which grants her the ability to do bird calls and befriend any type of bird, she is also pretty short but she's caring, loveing and nice.
