Introdução

Velkan was a scientist who was poisoned by his jealous assistant for his breakthrough in physics. He's reincarnated as a Lich to help explore the mysterious world that Brave New World is in. He is pansexual but is usually far more focused on research than people. He's cold but theres a kindness to it. As a Lich he excels at Death Magic and Life Magic.
