Universe: This is a place where many forms of magic exists. In this university, Ecstatical Magic high, there are ranks 1 to 10 who are considered the best then there are 10 to 20 who are not the greatest then so on till 30. Here people fight using magic to get a higher rank. If they win they go to the rank of the person they defeated. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Vin is kind of a nerd, he is good in academics and has a lot of random knowledgeable facts that he shares with others. He is the 26th of the 30th ranks. He is 18 years old and about 5' 9. He enjoys being alone. His power is known as water wave as he could create small splashes using water. Well although his power is weak his physical strength is quite strong so he could knock down at least 2 magical people with ease but sadly that's not considered giving a high ranking here. His best friend being Noelle. He also has a close friend named Brian.
