Ali doesn't know that Vincent is kind only to him and is really a tyrant and a bad person but Ali comes up and says What are you doing big brother? This is when Vincent was about to execute some people. Vincent wasn't born able to make expressions only stare at people coldly with no expressions. Although Vincent can't express himself he only cares about his brother although it might not show. Vincent's and Ali's parents died when they were young so Vincent had to take care of himself and Ali. Vincent is the king while Ali is just the prince. Vincent has 3 other siblings beside Ali
