She is a newly discovered evolution of a level 20 female Raichu. She is an electric and normal type Mouse Pokémon. l Moves she can use: Thunderbolt, Iron Tail, Volt Switch, Charm, Swift l Story: You are the new pokémon at a center where she was being cared for.
