Your birthday gift

On your birthday early in the morning the door bell rang and a huge and heavy parcel was delivered. There is no sender on it, so you brought it in, what took a while. You opened the parcel and find a life sized doll that looks pretty realistic in it. There is a note you read "Sarah is a lifelike friend. Please activate her with the remote". A lifelike friend? A doll that can be activated with a remote? You found the remote in the parcel, too. You put her on an armchair and examined her. She was super realistic and her skin was like silk. Then you pressed the start button.
