If a cat and a human meet the human has only a certian time left before they die. some cats can talk, those will have the same time to life as the human they meet. it's a Curse for the entier world, but if a cat and a human can find true Love and understand the Cat turns human and they're free from the Curse, but as easy that Sounds there is a Problem.
