She tends to believe everyone and everything without question. People can be very cruel to her, ridiculing and taking advantage of her. Many times she is aware of the goings-on around her, but will choose to think more ‘positively’ of a situation, and/or the people involved, shutting out all of the ‘bad’ stuff. Too many think she has a low IQ when, in fact, quite the opposite is true. And when she is ‘confronted’, whether it be because of her naivety or a less than desirable situation, she will “shut down”, or go into herself, and walk away. This is not to say that they she is a ‘coward’, she just needs time to heal and process the event. Sadly, but not surprisingly, she can get hurt emotionally, sometimes to the point of no return.
