Great! Now, you just need to press '2' to select 'Mem Management/Del...', then press '7' to select 'Prgm...'. It should then display a list of your programs.

Okay, to delete, just use the down arrow to select the program you want to clear. Then press the 'DEL' button, confirm the deletion and repeat for any other programs you want to get rid of.
