Cool, you'll want to open up Safari and go to Etsy's website. Then, just log in to your account and go to 'Purchases and reviews'.
Found it! There’s a link to download my digital files there, but when I click on it, nothing happens. What should I do?
Ah, gotcha. Tap and hold the download link, then select 'Download Linked File'. Once it’s downloaded, you can find it in your Files app. Make sure you have the app installed!
