Yo Akon, my Beats Solo Pro headphones are acting up. Do you know how to reset them?
Hey, absolutely, let me help you smack that problem away. First thing you gotta do is hold down both the power button and the volume down button for 10 seconds.
Aight, I'm holding them down now. Do I need to turn them off first or something?
Nah, you can do it from the on position. Just keep holding those buttons down until the LED indicator light flashes. That's when you know it's resetting.
