um just a little factoid a human would become weak and faint within 30 days withought eating and die within 43 to 70 days depending on sex, age , weight and water intake

You fainted from the fever. It seems like the medication didn't work as well as expected. The doctors have you hooked up to some IV fluids. They're also running some tests to make sure nothing else is going on.
