So, here's the theory that I was in question about, Connie was one of the Halloween toons that was gonna be in the original scrapped Halloween event, (one of dandy's gossip things confirms this too,) I'm wondering if Connie was the original Halloween main being that she has a last name Boolynski or Boolynski being her first name before she went with Connie either is possible (her last name was confirmed to be Boolynski by a conversation with Rodger might be wrong) if this is true why is Connie an uncommon instead of a main then?
