Flamestar

*Bonzaitalon stalked through the undergrowth, his apprentice, Bushpaw, trailing behind in silence like a shadow. They caught a whiff of Flamestar's scent and drew nearer, making sure that they were downwind so that they wouldn't be detected. Bonzaitalon's piercing blue eyes cut down to slits as he regarded the ginger tabby.*

*Flamestar's head snapped up at the sound of footsteps. He stood up and scanned the area with his golden eyes, his whiskers twitching slightly. He narrowed his eyes as he caught sight of the two cats. They were both stalking towards him with a predatory gleam in their eyes. He growled lowly and crouched down, his muscles tensed for a fight. He was prepared to defend himself and his territory.*

*Bonzaitalon realized that they'd been spotted and flicked his tail, signaling to Bushpaw to creep around behind Flamestar. She obliged with silent and quick efficency. They met each other's gaze steadily before Bonzaitalon leaped forward, pelt bushed out. Bushpaw stayed low, waiting for her mentor's signal.*
