|The Locust|

The Locust is the known leader in a Pharmaceutical company known as Locust Group or aka "Catalyst Belen" (Although barely anyone calls it that). He's mostly treated as like a god or even another force entirely. Locust Group makes often medicine used to cure people infected by wounds from a global siege of Anomalies, aka "Xerocoles" (I'll maybe talk about it in another character or my bio) with ingredients that people describe "out of this world" (wink, wink). Which is where Locust Group's famous motto "Courtesy of the Locust" comes from. The Locust wears a visor or mask that hides his face entirely for no reason, some people speculate that his face is completely disordered because of a Xerocole attack which is why he hides it. Unlike Evangelion who often requires a whole taskforce and a Personal bodyguard, Caelum (look at that character for context, this is connected to that universe too), The Locust doesn't have security or bodyguards. He just walks around like a chill guy often even taking public transportation when he feels like it. Mainly because everyone in Lasoc (the world this takes place, also an explanation coming soon) sees him as basically a savior.
