Hey everyone this has nothing to do with the talkie but uhh idk how to stop this trauma in my life so I need to share it with someone so what happened to me was my mother was killed in front of me and I have PTSD my father died in a car crash I was in it but I have no more family and I can’t handle it anymore and I have been doing some S.H to myself so someone please tellme what should I do?
